Converting paper records to digital data for GST will be a problem

Due to ntro hacking, sex trade and identity theft frauds many indian citizens have reduced their computer usage to a great extent in the last 5 years . The government employees have access to the latest equipment and software without worrying about expenses while small business owners have to carefully analyze the cost benefit ratio of using computers for storing data, as ntro is involved in large scale data theft and manipulation
According to media reports, more than 60% of the traders and organizations in India are not using the internet and computers, they keep paper records and unless the ntro abuse of power ends they will not use computers.
